Where do I even start? The rude manager who addressed me by saying, “Hey, you,” instead of treating me with basic respect? Or the constant complaining and gossiping among employees about people calling off work? I also had a lifetime alignment that they refused to honor, claiming my tie rods needed to be replaced. In my opinion, they are fine. On top of that, they quoted me nearly double what the parts actually cost to replace them. I paid for a complete vehicle inspection, but nothing was actually addressed. The only thing they seemed to do was tighten the lug nuts even more. Later, I received a call from the same manager, Jimmy. He didn’t even identify himself when he called. After I asked who he was, he immediately started defending himself instead of listening to my concerns. At this point, I would like to speak with someone other than Jimmy. I want to talk to someone who will treat customers with respect and address my concerns professionally, not someone who makes me feel like I don’t matter.

4Robert was extremely helpful when I came in and needed a tire replaced. He then let me know that my other tires were in need of replacement and found the best deal for me. He explained everything simplistically and has a kind demeanor. I was so impressed with the service I received, I scheduled an oil change for next month.

I brought my vehicle to Firestone on June 15 for a PA State Inspection. I dropped my car off at approximately 11:10 AM and received a call at 12:15 PM stating that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at 12:23 PM, I was informed that the inspection could not be passed because the two front tires needed to be replaced. Although only the front tires were needed, I decided to replace all four tires based on the recommendation provided. I was told the tire replacement would take approximately 45 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly four additional hours. During that time, I observed the technician assigned to my vehicle moving and working on other vehicles while mine remained unfinished. When I asked about the delay, another employee casually stated that the service would take four hours. This was never communicated to me upfront and was completely different from the original estimate I was given. My final bill was approximately $720 after discounts, including the inspection, four tires, and wheel alignment. There was a discrepancy with my account with charges I didn't approve because there were 2 associates that were working and it was busy that day and we kept on revising what services I didn't approve and didn't need based on what I could do on my own. I was confused as well as them so really it was a lot going on. I didn't even realize it until a couple months later that I was charged for services I didn't approve but again there was a lot going on and also I hurried at the end and left and paid and ran out of there without looking at anything. Today, I brought car back for an alignment issue that I have a warranty - make sure you get that- and I checked invoice and talked with Kailee about everything and of course why would you give me a refund right away considering how long it was. I totally understood, but I pleaded my case and I showed her receipts and texts and conversations I had with my husband that day my car was there to prove that we were not going to get those services done. Flat repair. Charged for TPMS kit even though they were only plugging a tire. I have only been buying Firestone tires for the past 15 years including the tire that was repaired. Recommend better customer service. Did not get a great reception upon arrival. May need to reconsider my tire selection.
